“I. A.M” was developed in order to uplift, engage, educate and promote networking among young, urban professional women in South Florida. The seminars are designed to provide support, knowledge and insight to women in a wide range of ethnic background, professional enhancement and career development. At each seminar, women are encouraged to discuss, debate and engage in different topics of concern. Guest speakers are invited to share their wisdom, life experiences, provide information and assist participants with any questions. Our goal is to promote and support businesses owned and operated by young urban professionals in our community. We promote networking and keep you posted on upcoming events, employment opportunities, seminars, business opportunities, etc. Our topics of discussion are divided into three domains. Education, Mind Body and Soul and Relationships. Although our target populations are women, we occasionally have seminars that are open to men and young adults as well. Our mission is to keep abreast to what is happening in our community and assist young urban professionals create a pathway to success. South Florida is filled with “mover and shakers” and I.A.M. wants to be able to bring them to the forefront and assist them in enhancing our professional image in South Florida. I. A.M. believes it is important that each and every one of us helps the other achieve, no matter what the goal may be. We provide a fun, stress free, learning and networking environment. Networking is essential in moving forward and accomplishing goals. One cannot do it alone. Join us in this journey!
